Works like a dreamApr 01, 2011

I bought this for my husband, who is working and living in a very remote area where he was unable to get more than 1/2 a bar of signal on his cell phone. After putting this system in his window he was up to 4 bars! He was even able to get his internet to work! This was a great buy!!!

Wilson Sleek Home/Office Accessory KitFeb 16, 2011
By Arizona Flying Dutchman I have a Verizon Global 5 Spot mobile data "hotspot" that gives us mobile internet. We often travel/camp in a 5th Wheel trailer and are often in more remote locations where we are sometimes quite a distance from cell towers and as a result get weak signals that really make our computers S L O W! I purchased a Wilson Sleek, which a cellular amplifier that works on all cell phones and data cards. Perfect for in the RV, the truck, or the car. Easily switches back and forth between vehicles. I can set it up in the RV, lay my "Hotspot" in the cradle, and in most cases, improve my signal by at least 25%. (BTW: Cell phones lay in the cradle, so you need blue tooth to make the most of it).
I bought this Home/Office Kit, which includes a 110V AC power pack and a suction cup mounted antenna bracket with built-in ground plane for the magnetic mini-antenna. You can stick this in a window that's closest to the nearest cell tower, and use it inside a house/hotel to improve cellular and data reception. It comes in a small travel pack and works well. I like the Sleek, and like this kit, which gives me a lot more flexibility in using my cellular "toys". If you own the Sleek, I highly recommend this accessory kit.

Amazing, it worksJul 14, 2011
By Hi I was really not getting my hopes up expecting this to work. I live in a baseline area next to a stretch of huge mountains and it's just bad reception from all carriers. I've tried ATT, Verizon, and now Sprint. Sprint claims they have "good" 3G reception on my street, but I've yet to receive any of it... There is terrible reception in my house, and even more so in my room. I'm lucky if I ever get ONE bar. And even if I do, it's usually on roaming mode with Sprint. It sucks because if I'm texting my friends it takes twice as long for me to get their messages.
First out of the box I was confused, I purchased this with the Wilson Sleek for cars. The box didn't specify which antenna cord you need (it said not included), so I thought I had to purchase an extra one. This thing didn't even come with directions... But I tried hooking up the Sleek antenna and...wow...instantly 5 strong bars when I normally get 0-2. Update: I turned off roaming and I can confirm I'm getting the 5 bar signal on Sprint network, not roaming.
This kit is great, it's a shame they don't have a cheaper solution for an antenna though. You have to purchase either the car kit (which I will never be using in the car...) or one of the other $200 booster kits from Wilson. I also think the suction cups are too flimsy (it just fell off my window while writing this and I had to use strong packing tape to get it to stay), but at least I have reception now!!

Great ProductMar 03, 2011
By Lester Works great. I live in a rural area where the cell phone signal ends about 200 feet away from my house. Once in a while on a clear day I can get maybe one bar (AT&T). With the booster, I now get three bars at all time. I just leave the phone in the craddle and use my bluetooth. I've had mine about a month now. Just remember, you have to leave the phone in cradle.

Good to have, but not as picturedOct 09, 2011
By TLM I bought this kit hoping to use the pictured suction mount in my car. Instead, the kit contained a weighted table-top base for the cradle booster (not usable in the car at all). This seemed like a packaging mistake, since the item picture clearly showed something other than what I received.
However I learned from Wilson customer support that the kit contains only the table-top base, and the suction mount is no longer available. Dissapointed, I told them of the misleading product page, and that I would not have ordered the kit without the suction mount. To correct the situation, they offered to send me a goose-neck suction mount at no charge. The package arrived whithin a couple days, and now I have a way to use the cradle booster in the car and at home, which is what I wanted.
Overall I am happy with the outcome, but apparantly the picture is still wrong and will continue to mislead.
