I have had the case for 6 months. I am now looking for a replacement. The plastic has held up well and protected my phone. The paint on the case has been chipping and peeling for the last 4+ months. Many people would not like their phone case to look that scratched.
It hasn't scratched my phone at all. It does let significant amounts of dust in the case
While this case was alright, I am going to try something else this time...

When i first got my iPhone 3G, I got a Griffin Elan Form case. That case was very sturdy and felt great but was just a tad bulky and after a few months the leather started to peel off. So after much looking I decided to give this case a try. Short story: after a week, I love it.
It looks great and has a very nice soft-touch feel to it but isn't tacky or sticky. Just enough grip to give you a sure hold but still slides in and out of a pocket easily. It's a hair slimmer than the Elan as well but still very sturdy. The screen cover that came with it appeared to be high quality as well, although I opted not to use it.
I only have 2 minor complaints about the case: 1) The "clip" on the back protrudes a bit and seems unnecessary. I would prefer that the back were flush and smooth. 2) The case has a seam that runs around the edges from the molding process - on one side of the case I received it was prominent and sharp. I used my fingernail to file it down and it's much better but still noticeable. The rest of the seams were smooth.
Overall, I really like it and I've already had a few compliments on it. I would recommend it.

Upon first receiving the case, I realized the bottom half would not fit snug into the top. However, since the slight gap was not a big deal, I proceeded to use it as my primary case. Unfortunately, have less than a month of use, the case has broken and cracked in numerous places after just regular use (I did not, obviously, throw my phone or drop it several times on the ground). The color is fading and chipped in certain areas. This case is absolutely horrible. I do no recommend this to anyone. Even the low price isn't worth it.

This is a great case. It is thin, yet sturdy and very fashionable. It allows you to hook the iPhone into most external devices. You can remove just the bottom part if necessary, but I haven't had to yet.

I just bought the ifrogz case for my new iphone. Within three days of placing my iphone in the case...it is falling apart. I take care of my iphone and do not throw it around (in the case or otherwise). It is coming apart at the side were the little tab slips into the top section. I would not recommend this product. It looks great, but is not tough enough.
