I bought this product for my husband as an anniversary gift which he was happy to receive. However, we are having problems "pairing" his phone ( Samsung Gravity) with the device. The pin no# that is in the manual does not work in order to set up!!! I am seriously thinking of sending it back!!!!!

I purchased 2 of these for myself and my husband and neither worked well...one wouldn't even hold a charge. I've been trying to return them to Bargaincel to no avail. I need to get a return code from them and have followed up with them for it a few times and have never heard back. This is not good business and not a good product. Save your money and buy something else/shop with someone else.

Overall this works fine in the car, which is why it was purchased. The state of Maryland law states you must have a hands free device while driving. This product is fine while I'm driving, but as soon as I get out of the car, it has so much static that neither me or the person on the other line can hear me. Doesn't do well indoors, even when I'm sitting still. BUT, it was inexpesive and works where I needed it the most, in the car.
